Bowland and Bay Cumbrian Foodie Tour

What a perfect foodie day out in Cumbria, all thanks to the amazing Katie from @bowlandandbayfoodtours

First stop: meeting Aidan @lovinglyartisan and discovering the art of sustainable sourdough – absolutely delicious! Then a sweet stroll to @ginger_bakers, followed by a sunshine-filled lunch @heft  - every moment was a treat.

Back on the Bow & Bay bus and off to Cartmel for a scrummy cheese and wine stop and, of course, we couldn’t resist the iconic sticky toffee pudding!

The day ended on a high at @wildfoxgin with Lizzie, sampling some incredible gins.

Katie’s knowledge and passion for local food made the whole experience unforgettable.
