To store our cold-pressed juice properly and maximize its freshness and nutrient content, follow these instructions:
Refrigerate Immediately. Store the juice as soon as you can in the fridge after purchasing. Cold temperatures slow down the degradation process, so keep it at or below 4ºC
Consume within 3-5 days. Fresh, cold-pressed juice does not contain preservatives, so it wil spoil faster than commercial juice. For the best taste and nutrient content, drink it within 3-5 days.
Freeze for longer storage. If you have subscribed with us and you have a supply of more than 3-5 days, then we recommend freezing your juices. Stock the first 3-5 days in the fridge and put the remainder in the freezer. Each night just take a bottle from the freezer for the next day and pop it in the fridge to defrost. Freezing will preserve the nutrients well.
